I have questions. How do I contact Support?

We're here to take care of you! If you need help, have questions, or just want to inquire about upcoming features, reach out to us! You can do this two ways. 

1. Online form:  Log in or sign up to our online Knowledge Base.. 
From there you can click on ADD TICKET and send us a ticket, keep track of your submitted issues, etc...

2. Email us: If you would like to email us without creating an online account, you can contact the Vingo Support Team at Support@Vingo.fit .

We will get to your email as quick as possible.  Most emails are answered within 24-48 hours, weekends excluded.
