Reporting Abuse

We want all of our Vingo members to feel safe, respected, and welcomed when using our fitness application.  We do not tolerate abuse and want to keep negative interactions out of Vingo.  All members should be sure to refer to our Guidelines information. 

If you feel that there is someone disrupting the Vingo experience, please submit a Support Ticket and we will be happy to further investigate the matter.  Please try to include:
  1. Any and all details possible of the incident.
  2. The approximate time and route of when the instance occurred.
  3. If you were in the route or any other users who were apart of the route
  4. Any screenshots or usernames that you were able to capture.
