What kind of computer do I need?

Vingo is now available on Windows computers.  We are excited to bring this additional platform for you to use.


Minimum PC requirements:

  • OS: Windows 10 64-bit PC

  • Processor: 2.4Ghz i5 or greater or AMD equivalent

  • Memory: 8GB RAM

  • Graphics: Integrated Intel graphics or dedicated graphics card

  • Storage: 10 GB available hard drive space

    • Do I need an internet connection?

      Yes. You will need a steady internet connection in order to adventure in Vingo. But as the app is portable, this doesn’t necessarily have to be at home, it could be at any gym, office, or space you have with equipment and internet.

    • Does Vingo work on a regular indoor bike?

      Yes. You will need a cadence sensor and an ANT+ dongle to plug to your computer. Please visit our main Setup page for more information on complete set up for your computer.

    • Do I need to pay anything inside of the game?

      Aside from the monthly subscription (soon to be enabled), there is purchase required in the game at this time.

    • Do I need to update the resistance on my bike or treadmill?

      If your bike or treadmill does cannot talk to Vingo, you can manually change the resistance on your physical bike to match the route. The resistance will fluctuate to match the world and terrain you are in.
